Chloe is a Learning & Development professional with experience in a very fast paced and rapidly evolving workplaces. Through this, Chloe has earned a reputation to be adaptable to a wide range of people and their individual learning requirements and a true business partner that has the skills to align and engage staff on a company’s vision, strategy and values.
With experience in on boarding more than 180 staff within a 2 year time frame, designing, developing and implementing global training programs, change management and knowledge management projects she has learned the key practices that enable a company to grow a united and strong workforce.
Her role with reo group as Talent Experience Manager positions her to lead the reo group to be successful in attracting, developing and retaining our selection of high performing individuals that have what it takes to be a part of our unique team who have a united aim to elevate human potential.
