Role Overview

Reporting to the Global Financial Services Manager, this Shared Services Project Manager - P2P will lead an APAC region wide business wide P2P transformation project. The major focus of your role will be driving operation excellence, along with continuous efficiency improvements with the regionally based BPO office.

You will lead a medium sized team with the P2P project across the local region in a complex matrix and multi ERP environment. You will be tasked with driving the change management process and influencing key stakeholders across the entire business. The hands on aspect of this role will include designing the end-to-end workflow processes, identify critical gaps and implement solutions and controls to ensure outcomes are delivered to meet the strict KPI targets and SLA agreements. This is an outstanding opportunity to design, implement and improve the end-to-end P2P function across multiple business units

Partnering the Global Financial Services Manager, you will have the ability to engage with and influence senior business executives whilst balancing the competing deadlines expected within a truly diverse organisation. Highly solutions focused with the ability to foresee and manage potential process hurdles will set this individual up for success with a chance to go permanent.


As the Shared Services Project Manager - P2P you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the P2P business transformation
  • Manage a geographically diverse team
  • Drive efficiency's ensuring operational excellence is maintained
  • Project lead engaging with business wide stakeholders
  • Solutions driven ensuring strong controls are maintained
  • Influencing senior management to drive change
  • Resolve critical business issues ensuring KPI's and SLA's are achieved

Candidate Profile

You will be qualified with an appropriate finance related degree and a Six Sigma / Lean qualification will be highly regarded. An expert in managing teams, extensive experience in shared services environments, leading change management along with building managing relationships across all levels of the business will part of your extensive skill set.

Extensive exposure to large ERP systems, BI tools, expense management systems, along with advanced Excel skills are critical to achieve success in this role. You will possess robust technical skills with high attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication along with superior influencing skills. Your ability to work across geographically diverse teams will position you well to influence the executive level stakeholders.
