Role Overview

Reporting to the Payroll Manager, this Payroll Analyst will assist with running of all payroll reports and maintaining the integrity of the data from KRONOS to Chris 21 . On a daily basis your responsibility will encompass the calculation and review on all payroll related accounting including payroll journals, leave balances, taxation and compliance, superannuation and all starter and termination administration as required. This successful Payroll Analyst will be diligent, hard-working and precise in all their work and will strive to provide the best results. The key success factor in this role is your ability to communicate effectively with the team and provide an accurate outcome in all your work.

The Job

You are a motivated and well organised Payroll Analyst who is responsible for the following duties:

  • Reconcile leave balances for LSL & AL
  • Creation and running of payroll reports
  • Reconcile the payroll GL accounts for the group
  • Assist the process improvement initiative; Chris21, Kronos & SAP
  • Assist with implementation from Chris21 to SAP
  • Liaise with external consultants and assist with payroll related projects

Candidate Profile

Ideally you are a hard-working and motivated Payroll Analyst who has extensive experience in end to end payroll. You will have strong knowledge of tax, super and other statutory regulations. You will have robust experience in Chris 21 and you will confidentialy be able to navigate and build reports through the system. Experience with SAP and Kronos would also be higholy regarded. Outstanding engagement and communication skills are a must as you will be engaging daily with internal and external stakeholders.
