Reporting to the CFO, this Operations and Administration Manager will play a critical part in administering and supporting key projects aimed at improving internal controls and processes. You will identify, analyse and manage opportunities and associated commercial risks within the business. This Operational and Administration manager will lead a team of 8 and lead the service operations, contracts, administration and technology support functions. You will be accountable and responsible for the administration, use and data integrity of business systems and any associated system integrations.
You are currently an Operational or Administration Manager and have ideally worked in the Service Based industry in a small to medium sized company. You have excellent communication skills and have experience managing and mentoring a team. The successful candidate will come from a broad role and be able to effectively multitask and prioritise their workload.
