Salary: $50K-$55K Super + Parking - Temp to Perm

Role Overview

Reporting to the Finance Manager, this Office Administrator will be the main point of contact for all inbound calls and general accounts related queries. On a day-to - day basis you will close off purchase orders, chase suppliers for pricing and work collaboratively with the parts department. As the successful Office Administrator you will also comfortably chase outstanding debt and deal with disputes brought forward by customers.

The key to succeed in this Office Administrator role is to be a great communicator and effectively handle difficult situation with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

As the Office Administrator your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Creating and distributing invoices
  • Raising work orders and customer orders.
  • Creating purchase orders and requisitions.
  • Handling of all incoming calls to the office
  • Chasing supplier pricing
  • Matching supplier invoices with purchase orders
  • Answering customer queries
  • Issuing credit notes when necessary
  • Managing customer relationships
  • Ad-hoc duties where required


Candidate Profile

You are a mature minded Office Administrator with experience within a similar role. You are available immediately and are confident in your ability to effectively communicate with stakeholder. The successful Office Administrator will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a local company, with exposure to an ERP or CRM system. You have excellent negotiation skills coupled with the ability to maintain strong relationships with stakeholder.
