Salary: $100 - $120k Package

Role Overview
This Loss Prevention Analyst reports to the Commercial Manager and has the responsibility for mitigating risk through auditing and/or implementing new procedures to manage stock, cash and assets. You will create and implement a Loss Prevention Strategy across the entire business. You will business partner with the operations team and embed a Loss Prevention focus in everyday procedures. This Loss Prevention Analyst will also be heavily involved in KPI reporting and analysis. You will ensure that all stock processes are effectively utilised and optimised, and will perform regular audits on the current cash control processes. The key success factor in this role is your ability to convert data into piercing and valuable commercial insights.


  • Mitigate risk through auditing and/or implementing new procedures to manage stock, cash and assets
  • Create and implement an effective Loss Prevention Strategy across the business
  • Embed a Loss Prevention mindsight within the team
  • Perform KPI reporting and analysis
  • Ensure all stock processes are optimised
  • Complete regular audits on cash control processes

Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will have experience working within a manufacturing/logistics environment. You will have an indepth understanding of operations and have implemented new procedures in a previous role. You have a tertiary degree in accounting, business or finance and a CA/CPA qualification is advantageous but not essential. The successful candidate will have experience using a large ERP system have strong BI/Data Warehouse and Excel skills. You have exceptional communication skills and business partnering is both a strength and something you're passionate about. You are not afraid to challenge current procedures and push back when required. Experience working with a retail or manufacturing environment highly advantageous.
