Location: Western Sydney (onsite parking- not accessible by public transport)

Salary: $100-110k + Super + benefits

The Job

Reporting to the HR Director and working closely with the Divisional General Manager this role will oversee everything HR for one of the businesses largest sites. You will have the support of a local GM whilst also being able to access 4 other high calibre HR Managers for advice and guidance. You will be involved in developing and implementing HR strategies to support the achievement of the business objectives. This is a true generalist role covering all aspects of Human Resources whilst also incorporating a strong knowledge of Industrial Relations. You will be confident liaising with both blue and white collar management and negotiating with the union.

Candidate Profile

You are a qualified and experienced individual in Human Resources and possess extensive HR/IR management experience. Your quality of customer service to your stakeholders, both internal and external teams, has been the key to your success to date. You are able to work with competing priorities and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision. You love a challenge and build strong relationships with those that you work with. You will demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively within a small team and have excellent communications skills both verbal and written. Your verbal and written communication skills are one of your strengths and you feel confident navigating data in Excel.
