Reporting to the Administration Manager, this Employment Relations Manager will be responsible for coordinating all elements of employment relations services. This will include the structuring and development of policy handbooks, coordinating legal service providers and building employment relations knowledge amogst the team. You will be leading, coaching and developing a high-performing team. This Employment Relations Manager will manage the investigative procress for internal complaints. As the Employment Relations Manager your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Updating and maintaining documentation such as enterprise agreements and policy handbooks
- Coordinate legal providers and internal stakeholders
- Improve and streamline processes
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Coordinate annual pay reviews and provide salary recommendations
- Provide reports and advise in relation to ER or IR to the wider business
This Employment Relations Officer will have a tertiary qualification in HR/ER, Pyschology or a Business related discipline. You will also have 3 - 4 years of epxierence performing an ER role in a leadership capacity. You will have demonstrated a strong understanding of employment legislation and the ablity to interpret industrial instruments. Strong written and verbal communication skills are an absolute must for the successful candidate.
