Reporting directly to Customer Care Manager, this Customer Care Representative will be the face of the organisation taking ownership for processing customer orders and managing the customer ordering process from beginning to end!
Working as part of a dynamic and supportive team, this role will see you utilise your previous experience and develop on your current skill set!
- Processing customer orders, claims and returns
- Answering incoming customer calls
- Liaising with customers and carriers
- Liaising with key individuals internally
- Providing professionalism to all aspects of your role
- Processing of credits
To be considered, you will need demonstrated experience within a similar role, SAP experience a must, basic Excel skills and exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)!
