Reporting directly to the Customer Care Manager, this Customer Care Representative will be the face of the organisation taking ownership for processing customer orders and managing the customer ordering process from beginning to end. Working as part of a dynamic and supportive team, this role will see you utilise your previous experience and develop on your current skill set.
- Processing customer orders, claims and returns using SAP
- Using your Excel skills to manage data
- Answering incoming customer calls
- Liaising with customers and carriers
- Liaising with key individuals internally
- Showcasing professionalism in all aspects of your role
- Processing of credits
This Customer Care Representative will have experience using Excel in a previous role. Exposure to SAP is also highly desirable. You will have exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and be hungry to learn.
