Reporting to the Credit Manager, this Credit Controller will take full ownership for the management and collection of a ledger of over 1000 consumer accounts. You will be attending to a high number of outbound collection calls and your dispute resolution skills will be pivotal to your success. This is a team based position that requires someone who is self motivated, reliable and deadline driven. The successful candidate will have previous collections experience managing a high volume of calls on a daily basis and a passion for credit control.
To be successful credit controller will be responsible for the following duties;
- Manage a ledger of over 1000 consumer accounts for a Crucial national portfolio
- Manage relationships with customers, resolving disputes in a timely manner
- Maintain high call volumes on a daily basis
- Reduce DSO and contribute to overall team success
- Reconciliations and allocations
- Reviewing aged debtors list for overdue accounts
You are an experienced Credit Controller with exceptional communication skills that enables you to confidentially liaise with both internal and external stakeholders. You have experience working within a high-volume call environment and are able to meet deadlines and exceed all KPI's. As an experienced Credit Controller you would have had exposure to varying ERP systems and be able to hit the ground running. You are an outcome focused individual and can work well within a team. And most importantly you have a 'can-do' attitude.
