Role: An exciting opportunity for a passionate professional to influence a talented team in this broad role as a Corporate Receptionist/Personal Assistant.

Role Overview
Reporting to the Office Manager, this Corporate Receptionist/PA will provide administrative support to the business and be a face for their reputable brand. You will liaise with internal stakeholders and external customers over the phone and greet visitors and guests upon arrival to the office. This Corporate Receptionist/PA will assist with event and meeting management and will have diary management responsibility for the executive team. You will book travel arrangements and maintain visitor areas including the boardroom and communal kitchen. This Corporate Receptionist/PA will also be involved in sales invoicing, dispatches, sales receipts and statements.
The key success factor will be your professionalism to get things done working in a high profile organisation and your positive attitude in how you engage the people around you.


  • Provide general administrative support to the business
