Salary: $140 - 160k + super

Reporting to the CFO, this Corporate Finance Manager is an instrumental role that sits in the group function with oversight of 5 profit generating business units. You will have the responsibility for the preparation of the 4D and 4E reports and the preparation of Board Reporting and the Audit Committee papers. Your day to day responsibilities will be to ensure the accuracy and integrity of business reporting at a consolidated level with analysis and commentaries on all major consolidated management reports. As the Corporate Finance Manager you will be the technical gatekeeper for the business and will determine the accounting treatment on complex fair value and equity investments as well as joint ventures. Beyond the day to day you will also play an instrumental role in the implementation of AASB 16.

* Group statutory reporting and external reporting in alignment with IFRS
* Leadership and insights to Group on business operating performance
* Point of contact from the commercial team relating to the treatment of technical financial issues and capital transactions.
* Key point of contact for both internal and external auditors
* Lead initiatives in developing systems, improving processes and procedures for financial reporting function efficiency
* Communication with senior executives including Group CFO and the Internal Audit and Risk Committee
You are CA /CPA qualified with significant experience in corporate financial reporting. You are ideally Big 4 trained and have strong experience in the preparation of 4D and 4E reports within an ASX listed organisation. Technically, your skills are strong and you wish to expand them further within the ASX environment. Your verbal and written communication skills are one of your strengths and you feel confident navigating data in Excel. With exceptional communication skills that you leverage in shaping positive working relationships, you are flexible in working through ambiguity in a fast pace environment.
