Salary: $32 - $37 p/h + Super + Parking (6 months)

Role Benefit: Growing Australian owned manufacturing company seeking a motivated contract administrator seeking their next challenge.

Role Overview

Reporting to the Contracts Manager, this Contract Administrator will be an integral part in the coordination with internal and external stakeholders. You will be the key support in delivering contractual administration to deliver solutions in conjunction with the Accounts Receivable team to ensure order disputes are dealt with in a timely and considerate manner. You will take hands on responsibility for managing the flow of information from internal and external stakeholders and work collaboratively across a broad remit of projects.

The key success factor will be your strength of diligence and attention to detail in Contract Administration and Compliance. This is an outstanding opportunity for a candidate to join a National brand name with a fantastic opportunity to go from temp to permanent.

Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinate information across internal and external stakeholders
  • Align purchase orders and invoices with current contracts
  • Take responsibility for general administrative tasks, data maintenance, contractual disputes
  • Develop and help implement policies and procedure to shape best practice

Candidate Profile

To be successful in this role you will have experience within a similar role and are passionate about improving operational and team performance. As a member of a busy team, you will be self-motivated and have the ability to work with high levels of autonomy. With a strong understanding of contract administration and compliance, a track record of high value contract management, ideally with a construction or manufacturing background, you will be looking for a new challenge and help shape best practice in a newly created role.
