Reporting to the Client Services Manager, this Client Service Coordinator will assist the team of Accountants and support their clients. You will keep all clients informed and ensure correspondence is up to date and logged. This Client Services Manager will maintain the workflow cycle and also understand the tax life cycle. You will submit BAS Lodgements and ATO Lodgements. This Client Services Manager will be integral in improving processes by identifying gaps and creating efficiencies. This is a truly exciting role for a people orientated professional who is wanting to grow in their career and work within an organisation with purpose & vision.
You are a self-driven and people-centric professional who has 2 – 3 years of experience working within a Chartered Firm. This successful applicant will have experience with XERO and is system savvy. You show initiative and are able to identify gaps in processes. The successful applicant will possess exceptional communication skills and a friendly demeanour.
