Job Description

Salary: $80k-$90k + Super + up to $27,000 Bonus in your first year
Location: Sydney CBD premium offices
Role: Be as a trusted partner to the supply and commercial businesses

Role
Reporting directly to the Supply Finance Manager you will be a trusted partner to the supply and commercial business units through the provision of high quality, key business decision support and initiating improvements. This Business Analyst will provide accurate and influencial business information to assist with decision support and add a commentary into business cases. You will be involved with country wide warehouse and inventory management along with contributing to planning cycles and crucial cost analysis in a high value add role.You will also ensure company policy and cotrols are not only adhered to but improved.


Responsibilities
* Supporting the annual budgeting and forecasting process
* Performing month end journals/reconciliation
* Carrying out variance analysis for warehouse and inventory management
* Provide detailed reporting and commentary to Logistics Management and Supply Chain stakeholders
* Participate in key cost analysis projects in new/existing product development
* Improve processes through rigorous analysis and reconciliation


Candidate Profile
You are currently CA/CPA qualified or studying towards with a passion for developing relationships and providing influence over commercial change to drive shareholder value, ideally within the FMCG sector. However, hunger and drive to succeed are valued much higher than experience. From a technical perspective, the ability to influence stakeholder communicate curcial analysis to stakeholders will set you up for success in this role.
