Role Overview
Reporting directly to the Accounts Receivable Manager this Accounts Receivable Officer will be responsible for high volume end to end accounts receivable. Your day to day responsibilities will include processing rebates and claims within a timely manner. You will communicate effectively to perform within a fast paced team for collections across key accounts. In addition to this you will take ownership in your role as you will be exposed to large ledgers whilst maintaining a particular eye for detail.

This role will require you to maintain a structured workflow and to remain attentive to improve processes in a corporate environment. Your attentiveness will shine as you are exposed to key accounts daily. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow within a nationally recognised brand and high performing team.


* Efficient collections across key accounts
* Improve and work towards the reduction of DSO
* Maintain a process improvement mindset
* Efficiently manage rebates and claims in a timely manner
* An energetic Accounts Receivable Officer with a passion for adding value to an organisation
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Comply with legislation and internal policies
* Other ad-hoc duties and queries as required

Candidate Profile
You will have extensive experience as an Accounts Receivable Officer within a FMCG environment. You will have outstanding communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain good working relationships. You will have previous experience using an ERP system and a strong understanding of excel with a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both customers and within your team. You will possess a positive and investigative attitude that will constantly look for ways of improving and implementing processes.
