Reporting to the Financial Controller, this Accounts Payable Officer will be responsible for the end to end Accounts Payable function. On a day-to-day basis, this Accounts Payable Officer will have full function responsibility, including entering high volumes of supplier invoices (50-100 per day), matching, batching and uploading of invoices. Therefore you will be expected to have excellent data entry speed and accuracy. As the Accounts Payable Officer you will liaise with suppliers, and carry out reconciliations while maintaining the highest level of customer service. Furthermore, you will be responsible month end reconciliations, generating and printing of supplier documentation and payment terms.

Reporting to the Financial Controller the successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Processing local and international invoices against purchase orders /payments (50-100 daily)
- Resolving invoice queries
- Master data vendor setup
- Vendor reconciliations
- Vendor dispute resolution
- Preparation of daily payment commitment list
- Processing new supplier credit applications
The successful Accounts Payable Officer will have extensive end to end processing experience with exposure to services based industries. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP is crucial in being successful in this role and exposure to international payments and will be highly regarded.
You are extremely comfortable with the use of Excel and are an intermediate level user. A strong level of attention to detail and outstanding communication skills are two of your standout strengths. You are dedicated and highly motivated with the enthusiasm to meet deadlines and perform to the best of your ability.
