As an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator you will be directly reporting to the Accounts Payable Supervisor. You are responsible for managing all enquiries for the Accounts Payable team as well as managing the group AP inbox. In your role, you will also be responsible for entering data from invoices and effectively updating it into the system. Moreover, you will be managing the inbox in terms of liaising with the relevant stakeholders in responding to queries and acting accordingly. You are responsible in managing administrative and data entry tasks.
The successful candidate will have an extensive background in office administration role and data experience. Specifically, a successful candidate will have come from an accounts payable background and is handling all AP enquiries. Excellent communication skills are crucial in this role as you will be involved in connecting with customer and key stakeholders. The successful candidate demonstrates a motivated and driven attitude in effectively resolving customer enquiries.
As an Accounts Payable Administrator you will be solely responsible for allocating accurate and data entry into systems and managing administration tasks. The successful candidate demonstrates strong verbal and written skills to provide advice on customer enquiries and internal stakeholders. This role is primarily focused on service delivery, which will suit an easygoing, collaborative and experienced Accounts Payable Administrator. Your ability to work under pressure in difficult situations will demonstrate your dedication in maintaining key stakeholders. Therefore, the key success factor is your ability to effectively communicate, handle difficult situations and collaborate within a team.
In order to be successful for this role you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Managing the Accounts Payable inbox
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to identify resolutions to queries
- Responsible for managing group inbox and allocating emails to the relevant Accounts Payable team member
- Handling up to volumes of invoices and processing data into the system
- Managing customer enquiries and internal stakeholders through email and the phone
- Providing general secretarial and administration support
- Assist the management team in terms of invoice processing and reception duties
- Adhoc duties
As an Accounts Payable Administrator you will have demonstrated your experience in a similar role. You will ideally have experience in dealing with invoice processing and managing a group AP inbox in your previous role. A successful candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills to work towards deadlines. Candidate that possess intermediate Excel skills including Pivot and Vlookups will be highly regarded. In addition, those that have used PeopleSoft or a similar ERP system is desirable. The successful candidate will also possess influencing skills who will thrive in a fast paced and collaborative environment, and has an attention to detail.
