How to increase personal output and capacity through mindfulness and productivity hacks.

Your brain is the most powerful and complex computer on the planet. Yet, we do very little in terms of daily maintenance to keep it working powerfully and productively.  According to recent research, ignoring mental hygiene is costing Australian businesses $48.9 billion per year in lost productivity.  As a leader, how do you create an environment both personally and professionally that enables mental hygiene? What “brain hacks” can you use that can immediately increase personal output and capacity? And what role does mindfulness play in productivity? Reo would like to invite you to spend a morning with three industry leaders who will share their insights and experiences on this topic in a facilitated conversation led by Reo’s Co-Founder and CEO Stella Petrou Concha.
