With a Human Resources background, Clare joined Reo Group as a Recruitment Consultant and now leads the transactional temp business. Clare is passionate about what she does and her intense focus in the transactional space has resulted in an in-depth knowledge of the market and how to identify top talent. Clare searches for candidates that fit both the technical aspects of the role as well as ensuring the right cultural fit.  

Whilst studying at university, Clare worked within the Customer Service industry. This further cemented her passion for communicating with people and building authentic relationships. Customer Service is centered on creating meaningful connections with people, which she believes is the same in Recruitment.

Clare’s passion is building long-term relationships with candidates and clients. This allows her to truly understand each organizations’ unique needs and team dynamic. She has had the privilege of building multiple large transactional teams within a breadth of industries including international FMCG and retail organizations. Clare has worked with companies such as Aldi, Valspar, CSR and Ruralco.
